Why Gentle Puppy Training?
Gentle Puppy Training is easy, effective and fun! It can be done by ALL family members – including children – and is delivered by Abbotsford’s only Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT) so you can enjoy peace of mind that you are receiving the highest level of professional training service.
Training your puppy at an early age means you can begin instilling good manners BEFORE bad habits and unruliness become entrenched! It makes use of the critical socialization period to habituate your puppy to all kinds of people (especially children, men and strangers).
There is no limit to what puppies can learn when training is fun and rewarding!

Gentle Puppy Training FAQ
We offer both group classes and private training sessions for puppies, adolescent dogs, and adult dogs of all breeds and ages.
Group classes typically last 60 minutes, while private sessions can be tailored to your needs, usually ranging from 30 to 90 minutes.
Puppies can start training as early as 8 weeks old. We recommend enrolling them in classes as soon as they complete their vaccinations.
While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, our experienced trainers are committed to working closely with you and your dog to achieve the best results possible.
You can enroll online through our website or contact us directly for more information on available classes and scheduling.
Yes! Our trainers are experienced in working with dogs that have anxiety or other behavioral concerns. We can customize training to address your dog’s specific needs.
Please bring your dog’s leash, collar or harness, treats, and any favorite toys. A positive attitude is also encouraged!
